The Feathers for Friends campaign was started as a result of a children’s book I wrote and illustrated, Feathery Kindness.  It is a story of two birds, Paisley and Lola, who become friends and teach children how to recognize the needs of others and display kindness.

Much-needed items for Baltimore City women and children shelters are being collected now through February 10.  The items collected along with the book will be on display at the "Becoming" student transfer show and then delivered to the shelters.

Together we can help show some much needed kindness to these women and children.
